Q. How do I return my order?
A.Non-personalized products - All non-personalized products are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee and can be returned within 30 days from the day you received your order.
Personalized products - All personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of damaged orders, defective product, or errant printing or engraving. Errant printing and/or engraving is defined as custom printing or engraving that does not match the wording or lettering entered by the customer at the time of order placement.
Simply call our customer service specialists at 1-800-605-3415 or email us and let us know what you would like to return. Please have your order number ready when calling or enter your order number in the subject line when emailing. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning your order. Once we receive your returned order, your account will be refunded your total purchase price minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
The following guidelines are strictly enforced on all returns:
Returns must be post marked before the event date entered on your order and within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept partial orders. Partial orders returned will not be refunded.
Returns post marked later than 30 days from the date of order receipt will not be refunded.
Any item(s) returned without a Return Authorization Number on the package will not be refunded.
Products altered in any way, including engraving, gift box removal, ribbon or decoration removal, or blemishes created by mishandling of the product, cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Q. Does the 'Rush Printing' option include shipping time?
A. No - The 'Rush Printing' option available for personalized favors, accessories, and gifts does not include in-transit shipping time. Our 2-day rush printing service guarantees your order will be shipped 2 business days from the date your order is placed. This does not include shipping time.
For example - you are placing your order Monday afternoon and need your order by Thursday afternoon. The 2-day rush fee guarantees your order will be printed and shipped from our printing facility or warehouse by Wednesday afternoon. To ensure your order arrives by Thursday afternoon, you will need to choose Next Day Air shipping.
Q. How many napkins should I order for my wedding?
When ordering wedding napkins
the following guidelines are recommended to ensure you don't order too many or not enough napkins for every aspect of your reception or party.
are the most common napkin ordered for receptions and parties. These beverage size napkins measure 5 inches wide by 5 inches long and are most commonly used at the refreshment bar, hors devours table, and cake table. Because guests will make multiple trips to the cocktail bar or hors devours table, plan on ordering 2 to 3 napkins per guest.
are typically used at buffet tables and cafeteria-style breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. These napkins measure 6 1/2 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches long and are also used at the cake serving table. Luncheon napkins can be stacked or arranged at a buffet table or placed on the guest tables either folded or lying flat. Plan on ordering 1 to 2 luncheon napkins per guest when using at a buffet or cafeteria style arrangement.One napkin per guest is sufficient for the wedding cake table as most guests will be up for a slice of cake only once. When using luncheon napkins for for engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners, plan on order 1 to 2 napkins per guest.

Disposable guest towels
are typically used in restrooms or washrooms as a personalized hand towel for your wedding guests to dry their hands. Because of their rectangular shape, these 4 1/2 inch wide by 8 1/4 inch long paper napkins are also popular on the dinner and buffet tables. Plan on ordering 2 to 3 guest towels per person when using in bathrooms and 1 1/2 guest towels per person when using at the dinner tables or buffet.
Q.How do I view product personalization options when placing an order for personalized items?
A. All products that include personalization include product option dropdown menus on the product order page. Each product option dropdown menu has a blue "View" link to the right of the dropdown. Simply click on the link to view all options for that particular personalization option.

A. Items on your order may ship from different warehouses and at different times to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. There is no extra charge to you for this convenience. Q. What is the difference between ink and foil imprint colors?
A. To offer the widest variety of color options for your personalized wedding and party favors, My Wedding Reception Ideas offers a variety of ink and foil imprint colors on many of our personalized products. The following descriptions will help you decide which imprint medium is best for you. Ink imprint colors are applied to personalized products in liquid form. The ink is rolled onto products including napkins and gift bags. The ink is then allowed to dry before packaging and shipping. Inks create a raised finish on products like place cards, favor tags, and favor bags. Inks create a vivid color with no shine or glare. When printed on absorbent products like paper napkins, inks may bleed and fade slightly, depending upon the napkin color and texture. This 'bleed' may alter the color slightly depending upon the napkin color. It is best to choose a foil imprint color on paper products like personalized napkins.
Foil imprint colors are applied to products using a hot stamp method. The foils are impressed into each product by a hot stamping machine. Foils do not bleed or fade when applied to paper products. Foil colors are available in metallic, satin, and matte finishes. Metallic foils have a shiny texture. Metallic silver, for instance, has the look of shiny tinsel. Satin foils have a dull sheen that is noticeable when held at an angle in the light. Platinum satin, for instance, has the look of a new nickel. Matte foils have a smooth finish that does not shine.
Q. There is an error on my order. What do I do?
A. In the event that the custom print or engraving on your order is different from the information you entered when placing your order, we will reprint and ship your order at no charge to you. If your wedding or event date is just days away, we will ship your reprinted order via expedited shipping at no additional cost to you. Q. My order is damaged. What do I do?
A. In the event that part or all of your order is damaged, all damaged items will be reshipped at no additional charge to you. We will reship your order using the shipping method necessary to ensure delivery before your wedding or event date.
