We guarantee your order will arrive before your wedding or event date or your money back.
Many of our customers ask "how long will it take to receive my order?". The answer to this question depends on a number of factors including the type of item purchased, personalization required, proof requests, order destination and shipping method.
To answer these questions we have included our order processing and shipping information below. Please read all of the order processing and shipping information before placing your order. Being an informed consumer makes online ordering less stressful for you. You can choose to have your personalized wedding favors, including napkins, guest towels, gift bags, favor boxes, favor bags, matchbooks, ribbon, favor tags and more, by selecting our RUSH printing service when placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Once your order has been placed, it is submitted for processing the following business day. For instance, if you place your order on Monday afternoon, your order is submitted for production on Tuesday morning. The following order processing time estimates are calculated from the day you submit your order.
Please note these order processing times are estimates based upon a normal 5-day business week with normal order volume and Do Not include transit time for shipping.
- Personalized Favors Custom printed favors, including napkins, matchbooks, gift bags, favor boxes, favor bags, swizzle sticks, etc., are normally printed within 7 business days of the order date. If a proof is requested, an additional 3 to 4 business days is added to the total process time. This does not incude shipping transit time.
- Save the Date Magnets Save the date magnets are normally printed within 5 business days of the order date. If a proof is requested, 3 to 4 additional business days are required for the proofing process. This does not include in-transit shipping time.
- Printed Glassware Glassware personalized using silk screen method is normally printed within 7 to 10 business days from the order date. If a proof is requested, an additional 3 to 4 business days is added to the total process time. This does not include shipping transit time.
- Engraved Gifts and Glassware Engraved groomsman gifts, bridesmaid gifts and toasing glasses are normally processed in 3 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. This does not include shipping transit time.
- Non-Personalized Favors, Accessories and Gifts Non-personalized favors wedding accessories and gifts are normally shipped 2 business days from the date of purchase. This does not include shipping transit time.
Be sure to enter your event day in the "Special Instructions" text box during checkout so we can guarantee your order is delivered in time for your wedding or special event.
Order Shipping Times
Note: Choosing an expedited shipping option reduces shipping time, not order processing time.
Once order processing is completed, it will be shipped via the method you choose during checkout. For your convenience and the safe delivery of your order, we offer several shipping methods including UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for orders in the United States. All UPS shipments receive a tracking number so your order can be tracked once shipped until it is delivered to you.
If your order is being shipped to a P.O. box it will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority mail service and cannot be tracked.
Please see estimated shipping times below to determine the best method to ensure your order is delivered in time for your wedding or event date:
- UPS Ground - Orders shipped via UPS ground service are normally delivered 1 to 6 business days from the day your order leaves our facilities. This estimated delivery time fluctuates based upon your geographical location and is NOT a guaranteed service.
- UPS 3-Day Select - Orders shipped via UPS 3-Day Select service are delivered 3 business days from the date your order is shipped from our facilities. This service is guaranteed.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Orders shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air service are delivered 2 business days from the date your order is shipped from our facilities. This service is guaranteed.
- UPS Next Day Air - Orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air service are delivered 1 business day from the date your order is shipped from our facilities. This service is guaranteed.
If your wedding or event is within 5 to 10 days, we recommend you choose UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to ensure your order is delivered in time for your wedding. Returns Policy
- Personalized Items: All personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If it is determined that an order was printed in error on our part we will reprint your order and ship via RUSH delivery Free of Charge or refund your account based upon your preference.
- Non-Personalized Items: All non-personalized items include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns must be post marked before the event date entered on your order and within 30 days of purchase. All returned orders will be credited to the purchaser's account used when the purchase was originally made, less shipping charges. Simply email us with your refund request or call us at 1-800-605-3415 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in returning your order.
Customer E-mail and Contact Information
It is the responsibility of the consumer to enter accurate email address and contact information when placing an order to ensure My Wedding Reception Ideas can email requested proofs and contact the customer regarding any problems that may be encountered when processing orders.
My Wedding Reception Ideas will NOT be responsible for the inability to contact a customer or the inability to deliver orders in a timely manner due to errant or fictitious email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses entered by the consumer when placing an order. |
