Continuous Print Wedding Favor Ribbon
Continuous printed ribbon is printed with your custom text printed on a continuous roll with a 1 inch space between each printing so you can cut your ribbon at any length desired with a 1/2 inch space at the start of print and a 1/2 inch space at the end of the print.
Many customers prefer the continuous print when they are decorating halls, tables, gift boxes, etc. and need long lengths of ribbon.
Favor Style Print Wedding Favor Ribbon
Favor style ribbon is used when an exact ribbon length is needed for tying around favors and you want your text to be at the ends of each ribbon.
For example, you are tying a ribbon around a small favor box. After you have made the bow, you want the bride and groom's names at one end of the bow and their wedding date at the other end of the bow. In order to do this you will need favor style print on your ribbon.
How to Determine Favor Style Ribbon Length
To determine the exact length you will need for each cutting of your favor ribbon, follow these simple steps:

Take a piece of string or ribbon and tie it around your favor exactly the way you will with your printed ribbon, including a bow if desired.

Measure the piece of ribbon or string. Example - After cutting and tying around a favor, your string or ribbon measures 10 inches long.

Your total length for each printing of favor style ribbon will be 10 inches. Enter this number in the "Enter Total Length of Each Printing: box.
How To Determine the Total Amount of Ribbon Needed
To determine the total amount of ribbon you will need for your favors or decorations, follow these simple steps:

Determine the length of each piece of ribbon needed to tie around your favors or gifts. (see steps 1 and 2 above)

Multiply the ribbon length times the number of favors you are making. Example - You are making 250 wedding favors and your ribbon length needed for each favor is 10 inches. 10 x 250 = 2500 total inches.

Divide your total ribbon inches by 12. 2500/12 = 208. You will need 208 feet of ribbon to decorate your 250 favors, therefore you will need to order 225 feet of wedding favor ribbon. |
