Proof Request Policy

For customers who wish to view a proof of their custom printed favors before they are printed, we offer a proof option on all of our personalized favor products.

Simply select "Yes" in the "Email Me A Proof" drop down box when placing your order.  You order will be flagged for a proof and placed on hold until you receive and approve your order proof.

Your proof will be emailed to the email address you enter during checkout in 3 to 4 business days.

Save the Date magnet proofs are emailed as digital color proofs attached as a JPEG file.  Please note that the colors represented on digital proofs may vary slightly from actual product colors do to setting and display variations on your personal computer monitor.

All other proofs are emailed as black and white layout proofs attached as a PDF file. 

We will not print your order until you have approved your proof.  When you receive your proof you have the option of making changes to your order or approving your proof.  Simply reply to the proof email to request changes or approve your order proof.  We will confirm receipt of your changes or approval and submit your order for printing.

If a new proof is requested after making a change to your order, a fee of $8.00 will be charged per additional proof requested.

Customer E-mail and Contact Information

It is the responsibility of the consumer to enter accurate email address and contact information, including phone numbers and shipping address, when placing an order to ensure My Wedding Reception Ideas can email requested proofs and contact the customer regarding any problems that may be encountered when processing orders in a timely manner.

My Wedding Reception Ideas will NOT be responsible for the inability to process an order in a timely manner due to the inability to contact the customer via e-mail or phone number due to errant or fictitious contact information entered by the customer when placing an order.

My Wedding Reception Ideas will NOT be responsible for the inability to process an order in a timely manner due to the customer's failure to reply to e-mail and/or voicemail messages sent by MWRI with regards to a requested proof.

All attempted e-mail and voicemail communications including proofs, proof changes, proof approvals and order status are documented in the customer order notes and include the date the attempt was made and the customer service representative who sends an email to the customer or leaves a voicemail message on the phone number entered by the customer on order contact information.
