Returns and Refund Policy
At My Wedding Reception Ideas, we realize that circumstances arise that can change plans for weddings or any special event. We also realized that ordering on the internet can sometimes be a challenge and a bit intimidating. There is an element of fear that products ordered on the internet will not be backed by quality customer service.
We pride ourselves in the products and customer service we offer to our customers. Our products and service is backed by our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. Should circumstances arise that you need to cancel or return your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.
We will ensure promt processing of your order cancellation or return and credit to your account.
Non-Personalized Items:
All non-personalized items include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply email customer support or call us at 1-800-605-3415 for merchandise return instructions which will include a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be post marked before the event date entered on your order and within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept partial orders. Any items post marked later than 30 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded. Any partial orders returned will not be refunded. Any item(s) that is returned without a Return Authorization Number on the package will not be refunded. Products altered in any way, including engraving, gift box removal, ribbon or decoration removal, or blemishes created by mishandling of the product, cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
All Returned orders will be credited to the purchaser's account used when the purchase was originally made, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please reference your order number when emailing or calling regarding a return.
Personalized Items:
All personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If it is determined that your order was printed in error on our part, damaged, or defective, My Wedding Reception Ideas will reprint your order and ship via RUSH delivery - free of charge - or refund your account based upon your preference.
Personalized Favor Orders Cancelled Before Printing:
Should you need to cancel an order for personalized favors or gifts and your order has not been printed, simply email or call us at 1-800-605-3415 to request your order be cancelled. Your account will be credited the full purchase price minus proof fees for any proofs already processed and emailed to the customer.
Personalized Favor Orders Cancelled After Proofing:
If you requested a proof when placing your order and decide to cancel your order after reviewing your proof, your account will be credited the original purchase price minus the proof fee. |
