I was dissapointed when I got the product because the picture is nothing compared to what the actual size is. The picture on the computer is alot bigger and when i got it it was really small. I did like the quality of the product it was a very good material.

Placed my order on 8/3/11 and received it on 8/8/11. I was so excited to get home and open up the package as I purchased this for my nieces birthday. But when I opened up the package I was very disappointed. Instead of a cosmetic bag in the box, I had 100 palm tree small decorations. I had to wait until the next morning, 8/9/11 to call and inform them of the problem. I received great customer service though, I was told that they would immediately get me the correct item out and would make sure that I would have it by 8/11 or 8/12 just in time for my nieces birthday. And to my surprise - I had it by 8/11/11 and it's gorgeous - just what I expected. I rate only a 3 star due to the wrong product being shipped to me the first time. As my first time using this company, I was somewhat disappointed but glad that they kept their word the second time. I will more than likely give them a try again in the future.

Was pleased with this product with the exception that I wished that the sides were more solid. Hopefully when things get put into it, it will be better. Very cute though for the bridsmaids!
