Sand Ceremony Unity Candles and Colored Wedding Sand

Sand ceremony unity candles are a unique alternative to traditional unity candles used for the wedding unity ceremony.

Traditionally, the bride and groom use two lighted taper candles to light a third "unity" candle to symbolize two individuals becoming one.

The wedding sand ceremony is performed in the same manner.  Instead of lighting a flame on a candle, colored sand is poured from two separate vases or containers into a third container.

A sand unity set includes three narrow glass cylinders and one larger cylinder.  Sand is available in 8 popular colors to represent the bride, the groom, the celebrant, and children if desired.
