The bag, chair, cooler was bigger than I had anticipated, but it was not overly clunky, it was a pleasant surprise since there gifts for some very large men (like 6 ft 6 in type men). The only thing I didn't realize was that the engraved part of the bag was Velcro. It is a pocket, but I wouldn't say its very secure. I wouldn't put much more than paper or light weight items in the pocket, since you could loose them. But over all we are REALLY happy with our purchase and I think my wedding party will also be very happy.

The service I received from the company was great. But the product was smaller than expected. I should have looked at the measurements. But because it is small it is not very comfortable for an adult. Great for a kid though.
