Order Processing and Shipping Guidelines

Please read all of the order processing and shipping information below before placing your order. If you still have questions, please call our friendly customer service staff Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 5 PM, EST and Fridays 8 AM - 12 PM, EST at 1-800-605-3415 and we will be happy to help you.

Processing and shipping times vary based on the product(s) being ordered and the shipping address. Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page. Please keep in mind that when ordering multiple items, they may ship separately and therefore have different expected delivery dates.

Expedited shipping options are available to reduce shipping time, but DO NOT decrease item processing times. Available for your convenience are: UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

*Please Note: Emailed proof requests will add additional time to the item processing time. Printing will not begin until your proof is approved. Please ensure you have enough time between order placement and your wedding or event date to receive your order on time.


What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder are identified on the website and will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We are not able to ship to a PO Box with UPS. Please provide a street address for us to ship the order to.

Can I ship to destinations outside the US?

We do not ship directly outside of the United States. Many of our customers opt to ship their orders to a friend or family member in the US, who will then forward on the package. If this is not an option for you, we recommend forwarding services such as Bongo.com or MyUS.com to ship orders anywhere in the world.

If you set up an account with Bongo or MyUS, you will be provided with a United States shipping address. You will then continue to our website to place your order.

Can I ship an order to an APO/FPO address?

Most of our items can be shipped to an APO/FPO address. To place your order, please enter a standard US shipping address and select the UPS Ground ship method. You may enter your APO address in the 'Special Instructions' box on the payment page. We will use your APO address as your shipping address.



*Additional shipping quotes may be required due to the bulkiness, odd dimensions and/or weight of items such as cups, plates, and napkins for orders shipped via:

UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

If additional shipping charges are required, our customer service department will contact you for approval BEFORE your order is processed.
