Returns and Refund Policy
At My Wedding Reception Ideas, we take great pride in the products and customer care we offer to our customers. Our products and service are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Should circumstances arise that you need to cancel or return your order, please review our returns and refund policy below. We will ensure prompt processing of your return and credit to your account.
How do I return my order?
Include your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email or order history page in the email subject line.
Upon authorization of your order return, you will be provided with a RA (Return Authorization) number.
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you. When applicable, a return shippping label will be emailed to you.
30 Days to Return Your Items
Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receipt of your order. Orders returned with a Return Authorization Number on the package will not be refunded. We do not accept partial returns. Products altered in any way, including engraving, gift box removal, ribbon or decoration removal, or blemishes created by mishandling of the product, cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Personalized Products Guaranteed
We guarantee the quality and accuracy of all our personalized products. Personalized products can only be returned and refunded if we made an error on your order or your order was defective or broken and you do not want a free replacement order shipped to you.
Return Shipping Label Provided
Once your return has been authorized by one of our customer care specialists, you have the option to receive a UPS shipping label via email for you to pritn an daffix to your return package or you may choose to ship the item yourself via your preferred shipping method.
If we create the shipping label and the return is for reasons other than error, defects or damage, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your item refund once we receive your return. The cost of the return label varies depending on the weight of the package and items(s) being returned.
Upon receipt of returned items, the customer account will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges and return shipping are only refundable if we made an error on your order or the item you received was broken or defective and you do not want a free replacement shipped to you.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
You will receive a receipt confirmation via email when your return is received and processed. This email will also confirm the credit card used to place your order has been credited. Once funds are credited, they will post to your credit card or bank account within 3 business days.
